Seasoned Human Resource leaders and organizational consultants, Lou Bonelli and Dick Jelinek knew that there was a better way to approach the recruiting and staffing needs of companies in today's 'talent challenged' business environment. Based on personal experiences with the recruiting and staffing process, along with careful marketplace research and analysis, they formed OrgStaffing Solutions, LLC. It is a firm created by Human Resource professionals for Human Resource professionals and business leaders.

The origin of the firm's name evolved during their strategic planning sessions.

In order to work best with our clients and become their 'virtual staffing department,' we utilize a 'customer intimacy' strategy. The process all starts with a strong client relationship - candidate selection and retention for a total fit along with the seamless integration of HR experience, technology, and quality measures.
