Louis A. Bonelli, III
Managing Director
Lou Bonelli is co-founder and Managing Director of OrgStaffing Solutions, LLC, a critical talent acquisition, assessment and HR consulting firm.
OrgStaffing Solutions is a client centric firm recognized for advising, developing and implementing a broad range of strategic initiatives that help clients accelerate and sustain positive outcomes. Practice areas include; human resource management; employee communication; critical talent acquisition, assessment and coaching; organization effectiveness and culture change.
Lou is a highly experienced HR professional who honed his skills and practices his profession in a wide spectrum of business environments, ranging from the public sector, global public companies and privately-held and pre-IPO organizations. He also has in-depth experience with mergers and acquisitions, professional partnerships, manufacturing (unionized and non-unionized), not-for profits, health care, entrepreneurial, turn-around and rapid growth organizations.
Prior to co-founding OrgStaffing Solutions, LLC, Lou served in several leadership positions including; Senior Director of Corporate Human Resources at Intermagnetics/Philips Health Care. He also served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources, a firm principal and member of the Board of Directors at Einhorn Yaffee Prescott, Architecture & Engineering, P.C. Additionally; he spent 14 years in numerous human resource leadership roles at General Electric and was a facilitator of "Work-Out," the umbrella structure for Jack Welch's 10-year transformation of GE. He was Vice President of Human Resources at PC Connection, Inc. and Assistant Director of the New York State Governor's Office of Employee Relations. Further, he founded The Human Resources Advisory Group, an association of experienced executive-level human resource, organization effectiveness, staffing, and change advisors.
Lou has served as an advisor and board member for several national and local organizations and as Vice-Chairman of the LaSalle Institute board of trustees. He holds a BS degree from Clarkson University and is a graduate of General Electric's Human Resource Leadership Program.
